It would broadcast TV in Southern Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Eastern Africa, and far east countries. It would be serving the job of data transfer and internet in Pakistan. Manufacturing of this satellite started in October 2008 by Great Wall Industry Corporation China.
